Typically, this is the time of year that we kick off our Parade Season and invite you to join us in our annual Rockville Centre St. Patrick's Parade celebration of Irish culture and support for Grand Marshal, Ellen White and our worthy charities, Rockville Centre Breast Cancer Coalition, Army Ranger Lead the Way Fund and Holy Family School for the Deaf.
This has been a year like no other, and while we had hoped we would be able to celebrate together again as a community, it is clear now that our annual March celebration will not be possible. While the vaccine provides hope, Covid 19 is still a threat to public safety and large public gatherings are still not permitted in New York State.
The Rockville Centre St. Patrick’s Parade Board is still committed to celebrating our Grand Marshal, Ellen White and our worthy charities when we are able to safely do so. We look forward to celebrating better times with Ellen and the Rockville Centre community at a rescheduled Parade date.
At this time, we are in the planning stages of smaller events, so please look out for them and try to support where you can. Please take care of yourselves and each other so that we can come through this stronger and more united.
